Le Jour de Réussite

Highlight of the Day: It's SUMMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, that's enough exclamation marks. ^_^ But who isn't glad of summer? So no more comments, and I got over my last day of school as a sophomore. But I'm so not ready for the year of "HELL" A.K.A. the junior year to start, why does time fly so quickly... it's summer yet again. ^0^

As for my finals,
Wind:
- Did something for her French final project just to pass
- Hated her English essay but aced the rest
- Aced her Pre-Cal test, and is still bored by it
- Found her right hand almost dead after the Human Geo final reflection
- Didn't care much about her art exam, but still aced it
- Killed her final exam of the year: Chem ^_^

No idea what are the plans for summer, even though it's already first day of summer. I think I got some work to do for Vanderbilt and also stuff for community services. No clue about my vacation, I thought I'm going to DC, but apparently somehow that's also our winter vacation? Huh? I'm so confused. Not that I really care though, but I wanna know when I'm going so I can pack my laptop and all the anime DVDs on time. ^_^ I still haven't decided what to learn this summer either. I kinda want to pick up violin lessons again after watching La Corda d'Oro. But there's also fencing, piano, and Chinese lessons to consider.... Help? Which one should I do? Esp. you T, who is currently sitting right beside me watching whatever movie that is.... [Is that Step up? And you need to tell me the details about HSM3... since I'm too lazy to look up my source...] Of course, I already planned to continue my original stories, and Photoshoping. ^_^

I have no idea why I picked up Skip Beat!, but it's not bad. Guess I got impatient again waiting for all of my ongoing series. It is annoying that I'm already reading 5 different series, yet none of them have updates. I think new Ouran and Vampire Knight chapters are coming today or tomorrow ^_^, but still no Tsubasa till next week, and I haven't no idea how many weeks ago was xxxHOLiC updated... As for FY: Genbu Kaiden, *sigh* I'm giving up on Yuu Watase... So guess I still have to read other series, or I could start catching up on my floor-length anime list. ^_^ That's a pretty good idea.

I caught the finale of American Idol yesterday, and it was pretty good, though I actually liked the other David better... And I'm doing nothing else but watching TV tonight, there's So You Think You Can Dance, and I need to catch some Scrubs episodes. ^_^ Well, I think I'm also photoshoping too since I just downloaded like a bazillion brushes...

I'm also making a new layout for this blog, again. I can't stand the fact that I can't print out the images of the layout because it's a Div layout. *sigh* Table layout, here we go. Hope I don't mess up...

Got to go to see whether the House finale I missed is up yet...

... and I wonder who packed my lunch today, because that person must thought I was a pig. Ugh, stomach cramp again...

wind ur are too funny .. wel yea schools out!! time to sleep in, watch movies, and hang out .. :D

yea im glad exams and other assignments are over. french suckd .. im glad thats over.. aww, poor hand after ur 4th exam. if it makes u feel any better i took my 4th period exam like a loner .. all by myself :( bt it was easy so thats a plus

oh i hope none of your other series left u with a cliffhanger. cuz then that wud be horrible .. u would be really really anxious.

ok wel im going to go post up something abt my life . its dull bt now u get to read abt it.

lol

lol .. ok wel

Wait, why did u take ur economic exam like a loner? Is every single person in ur class a SENIOR?

And yeah, French... err... I don't wanna talk about it....

no cliffhangers this time, [thank goodness] just no new chappies to read, so that's why I'm reading Skip Beat... btw, wanna me to get u hooked on manga reading too? I mean, u already like anime... don't deny that...

So, what should I choose to do this summer???? And r u coming to the lib anytime soon? We still need to tweak ur blog and facebook...

But yay, I get to read 'bout ur life! ^_^

I was drooling so much more than that, honestly. My old mp3 player was 512 mb. I don't think that they even sell any mp3 players that crappy anymore. I could hold maybe 70 songs on it...and it didn't have a colour screen.

Jeans are convenient! I used to have like seven million pairs, but then a couple got ripped, a pair got bleached, and a pair just fell apart. Why? My sister tried to do laundry. *headdesk* I shouldn't have trusted her with my clothes.

drooling at my mp3 player, I mean...in case you didn't get that. I thought it would be good to clarify that. Specifics=good.

Boot cut jeans are awesome. ^_^ Ugh, last year my class did so many projects wrong because our teacher was really vague. At the end of the year we had to design a dream school, because the teacher was too lazy to come up with a better assignment. It was June, anyway, which is when my school year ends. The teacher just said "Make a school with stuff in it," basically, and some people made things out of Play-Doh, and one person made their dream sports team. O_o Most people just didn't bother...It was stupid, anyway.

lol, yeah, it was a long story...and it was a long walk, too T_T it wouldn't have been that bad, but i had to carry most of the stuff we got.

how much is manga from where you buy it? the store i go to charges between 12 and 16 dollars for one volume, but i've heard of people getting volumes for 6$. i know there's price differences between countries and stuff, but that could be a 10$ difference.

manga seems easier to buy than other books. instead of having to choose what book you want, you can just buy the next volume of a series.

Is that a manga series?

The manga here is usually $8 to $9, but I have to pay a high tax for it since my state has the highest sales tax in the entire nation. Ugh... so I buy online a lot =)

Exactly, I had to search for books for like 2 hours at the library today... and only ended up checking out Memoir of a Geisha and A Great and Terrible Beauty again... pathetic... but for manga, I just grabbed the next volume =)
